Brownie mix in a jar is a great convenience item to keep on your pantry shelf, or give as a gift. This recipe is gluten-free, vegan, and makes it easy to whip up a batch of gooey brownies in just a few minutes. Using both natural and dutch processed cocoa powder gives these brownies a rich chocolatey flavor, but feel free to just use one or the other for the full amount if you don’t have both.
